That’s why we created our Dental Wellness Plan, an affordable annual membership designed to help you stay on track with preventive care and save on additional treatment.

For one simple yearly fee, you’ll receive the essential exams, screenings, and imaging you need to protect your smile and catch concerns early, without the stress of deductibles, waiting periods, or surprise costs.

$348 per year – Dental Wellness Plan Includes:

  • 2 periodic exams
  • 1 set of bitewing X-rays
  • 1 set of anterior X-rays
  • 2 oral cancer screenings
  • Periodontal charting
  • 1 iTero scan
  • 1 set of intraoral photos
  • 2 limited exams (including X-rays as needed for those visits)
